​n Canada, professional caregivers and nannies are recognized as skilled professionals who work formally an average of 35 to 44 hours per week, receiving all the benefits accorded to Canadian workers.

• Professional Healthcare Providers offer unsupervised care to seniors or disabled individuals in private residences.
• Professional Nannies provide unsupervised care to newborns and children in private residences.
• Home Care Providers deliver housekeeping services in private homes or residences.

To begin the advisory process, you must meet the following requirements or be able to meet them within the next 12 months:

• Completed technical or university studies in fields such as early childhood education, elementary education, nursing, physiotherapy, geriatrics, and related professions in professional childcare, disability care, or elderly care, as well as professional housekeeping.
• Full-time experience in roles such as adult caregiver or nanny. For example, nursing assistants, preschool teachers, preschool aides, physiotherapists, etc.
• Basic proficiency in English or French with a commitment to further study during the process.
• Excellent physical and mental health.
• Financial capability to cover advisory fees, visa expenses, and travel costs.
• No criminal record.

* No age or marital status restrictions. Individuals with children (whether single, married or divorced) are also eligible.

What's included in our professional advisory services?

• Career guidance and employability support throughout the application process: tips to enhance your profile, assistance with application documentation, preparation for job interviews in English or French.
• Connection with potential employers in Canada.
• Assistance during the job search phase.
• Zoom, telephone, or in-person support during your residency, if employed.

Duration of advisory services:
Approximately 10 to 15 months, depending on the time required to complete the application process and conduct job interviews with potential employers.

2. Schedule your initial advisory interview (in Spanish, in-person, or virtually via Zoom). During this session, we will address your queries regarding the application process, analyze your situation, confirm your potential for successful application, and discuss how we can assist you.
   Cost for initial advisory interview: $50 USD.
   Following the initial advisory interview, we will provide a quote for employability advisory fees covering an 18-month period.
